We took our grandsons. They had a great time. Quite a few things to see and do. It was not very crowded on the day we went.

We were traveling through town and used our reciprocal program from our science museum to get in here at no charge. The museum is a bit run down and exhibits are either for young kids (preschool) or for adults (titanic and aviation exhibit). We stopped...More

This museum may be targeted at children, but there's some ABSOLUTELY AMAZING stuff inside that even adults will love - especially if you're into science like me! Additionally, the building is an old bank, and it's really neat to see how they have converted the...More

Took my 2 and 3 year old boys there.we had a blast in the dinosaur room. The real airplane that kids can climb in is also a highlight. Definitely one of the best things to do with young kids. Train sets upstairs are a bonus...More

What a surprise and a fun morning, the adults enjoyed themselves as much as the 4 1/2 year old did. Lots of hands o for the kids and lots of well documented exhibits for the adults.

- Interesting to see some of the "old" museum exhibits with some of the newest additions that are more STEAM (STEM, with A for arts) focused. Sounds like they are making the place brighter and more hands on stuff. - Small place, but enough to...More

I would say preschool through maybe 3rd grade though there are some things, like the titanic exhibit that would interest adults and older kids. The vast majority is ideal for the younger age group.
