River and Trail offers guided and unguided white water and mellow water rafting, tubing, kayaking, canoeing trips as well as biking hiking, climbing and cross-country skiing in the historic and scenic Harpers Ferry, WV area. The great.... This place is pretty cool....laid back but they explain the rules and try to teach you about rafting so you aren't just a spectator. Equipment seems nice...if you listen to your guide it seems you have more fun and get to do more....More

Yes it is very calm waters. This 66 year old may need a little help getting in and out of the tube but other than that, very relaxing and enjoyably
