Great Condition

Really great condition for winter. Greens are rolling nicely. Played at a pace of 3 hours on a beautiful day- so no complaints here! Will absolutely return.

Good preseason golf outing in Frederick-- we played Whiskey Ridge, Musket Hill and Richland (formerly Quail Hollow or something like that.) Maryland National clearly the best in every aspect-- upkeep, staff, conditions, greens.

This golf course is usually the 1st in this region to be in peak condition at the beginning of the season. Unfortunately, the GM is arrogant, and don't expect to play without being intruded upon by the maintenance staff (M-F). Restaurant is pleasant and Pro shop staff is adequate.

I reserved my daughters Bridal Shower in July 2014. From the start the organizrd Suzie was very attentive and listened to our ideas. She went over everything with us in detail and gave us a detailed listing of everything that would be included. When we arrived everything was ready to go and everything decorated beautifully. My daughter was very surprised... More

On our golf vacation we played Maryland National on the way home. We'd seen the sign for it on I-70 several times and finally found it. It's a beautiful golf course but the change in elevations is tee to green makes it very difficult. We hit shots from the tee down the middle and they'd rolled through the fairway or... More

Just one hour or less from the DC Metro area is an absolutely gorgeous course with vistas of the mountains all around you. On a Saturday afternoon, after 2 PM, we played for $60 on a course that had the feel of a well manicured country club. The starter was friendly and helpful, showing all the features of the GPS... Played here on a Saturday and paid the after 10:00 rate of $84. It is a little steep compared to what I normally pay but the price was about right for what you get. The grass range was nice with five target greens. The course was in outstanding shape; the greens were very smooth and held well struck shots nicely.... More

This course is in amazing condition! It is very challenging but good shots are rewarded. The GPS on the carts provide you with yardage throughout the course. This is by far my favorite course to play in the area!

The golf course is one of the harder golf courses around. From the first tee to the last putt you have to hit your golf ball. The staff is very friendly and never missed a beat. A must play for good golfer and trouble if you are not ...
