Tilghman Island is a great destination to drive to and explore if you want to get away from the more touristy St. Michaels. We had an opportunity to take a drive here after our sail on Lady Patty and we found it peaceful and pastoral....More

Took a drive from St Michaels. Very pleasant bay coastline, with easy stop-offs. Beautiful views of bay. Not anything really to do, but enjoyable for sightseeing and relaxation.

We were curious to make the drive. It looks like a very quaint old town. We did not stop but would probably go back given more time.

We drove about 10 miles or so and turned right back around upon arriving. There is truly nothing to do there. If you just want to take a drive and look at the scenery, then go for it. Otherwise, don't waste your time.
