A beautiful community and right to the basics of Eastern Shore life. Friendly, welcoming and scenic. Drive the extra 10 miles from St Michaels and enjoy.

If you like a totally deserted coastline, this is where you want to go. The waves break, smelling of salt and wilderness.

Lovely views, fishing marinas and charming types of subject matter if you are a painter. Had a nice crab cake and lobster tail meal by the harbor enjoying a beautiful sunset .

We rented a kayak and saw many birds in the back creek area. Even in the heat there was a good breeze. It was not hard for newbies and there are harder routes for experienced kayakers

A lovely little quaint and historical town! Tilghman Island, the town that my mother-in-law was born and raised still remains incredibly much like it has been for the last century.
