Took the granddaughters, now 11 and 12, for their second summer visit to Terrapin Adventures. Since the first visit, last summer, they have been eager to go back and do it again. The very professional staff made sure they were safe and the whole thing went very smoothly. This place is so well run that I didn't really have any... More

I took my sons (ages 13 and 11) and my nieces (ages 9 and 12) to Terrapin Adventures for the Triple Thrill. I bought out tickets online ahead of time and was also able to fill out the waivers online head of time also. When you arrive at the Savage Mill, park in the back parking lot and make your... More

We signed up for the triple thrill package and got to experience the zipline, the flyer pole, and the giant swing. While each of the obstacles was thrilling, we were expecting a bit more. A lot of time was taken up by explanations from our guide, Jeff, who did an excellent job at showing us the ropes; more time yet... More

Thanks for your feedback. We pride ourselves on the positive relationships between our guides and guests. The triple thrill is a great value for those with only about 1.5 hours of time. Our Terrapin Challenge package which includes five major elements is certainly more challenging and we suggest you try that next time. More

I was impressed with Terrapin Adventures. From the moment we stepped in to the check-in center, we had a great time. The staff has everything well organized so check-in moves smoothly. They are also friendly and, through humor and confidence, helped my kids work through their nerves at doing this for the first time My kids (9 and 7) loved... More

The anticipation was high. My first time to Zip Line. The team was very caring, patience, and accommodating. Go and venture out. The team will take care of your every fear (Smiling).

Today was our second trip to Terrapin Adventures, and in 3 years since our last visit the place has improved. The staff is well trained and pleasant. Everything you need to know for an enjoyable trip is on their webpage but here are the the three most important things; book on-line in advance of your trip, arrive 30 minutes early... More

Terrapin hosted 50 of us, all ages (25-60), for our team building day. We had an absolute blast and would highly recommend it to anyone! On the bus ride back, several staff members said that they learned so much about themselves and their abilities. The Terrapin staff was organized, communicative, and made everyone's experience that much better. The courses were... More

I came to Terrapin Adventures for a work team builder session. It was wonderful! James was our coach and had the group engaged in great activities. We were outdoors for the entire team builder and that was great also. We didn't have time to do the ropes course but we did do the big swing and zip line. Overall James... More

If you're thinking about doing this, go for it. It's so much fun, I would recommend getting the Terrapin Adventure package which allows you to do the obstacle course, the swing, the zip line and the rock climbing/ladder climbing wall. Even though you're in a harness, its so scary but fun scary. The obstacle course has three levels that get... More

We have some very brave adventurous members of our family as well as those of us that our knees start knocking at the thoughts of a 'crazy' adventure. Terrapin as it all. Great well trained staff leads for a safe and happy adventure for all.
