This is a great area for families with kids in ages young to early teens. There's lots of crabbing, walking, playing around in the water. A nice area as an alternative to the beach.

After reading other reviews I was excited to see the Brewster flats and float along in a tube in this natural "Lazy River." I didn't realize they were mutually exclusive of one another! The beach is beautiful at low tide. You can catch small fish,...More

What I love about Paine's Creek is there isn't much there. Peaceful blend of marsh and sand. Grab ice cream at Kate's come down and enjoy one of the best spots for Sunset anywhere. Believe me I've see a few, Hawaii,Costa Rica, Captiva, California just...More

Used this as the start of our beach walk (tide out). Nice spot although typically limited for facilities.

A scenic creek flows through the marsh and out into Cape Cod Bay. This is a nice short walking destination, and a quiet spot.

The Grandkids love this place because there is always some water to play/swim in. However, parental supervision is advised as tides coming in/out can be strong for weaker smaller swimmers.

No but in peak season an ice cream truck is in parking lot. There are only 15 parking spaces but still try to go. Beautiful beach with tidal pools.
