The Fuller Craft Museum is certainly a GEM! It is a small venue, but always has very interesting, intriguing exhibits. You simply MUST go to see their changing exhibits and the permanents. Last year there was an incredible toothpick exhibit that was indescribable! Taj Mahal...More

Too many smaller art museums try to do too much and fail because they just don't have interesting collections or the means to do something great. The Fuller breaks the mold by concentrating on craft - defined very broadly. Don't expect an expanded craft show....More

I have been to the Fuller Craft Museum many times and continue to be impressed with each visit. There is a wide variety of offers...family friendly events. You can spend an hour or many hours and leave refreshed.

I think you are right that it would be a better place for his sister than for the younger one. The Children's Museum in Boston might be a better place for the younger one. There is also the Discovery Museum in Acton, MA... More
