Just left the Chatham Cheese Shop with oodles of goodies! Not our maiden voyage there, and again we were taken care of thoroughly. We told the woman what we'd like, and also asked if she had any recommendations based on what we'd already chosen. The tastings were fantastic and she was so patient while we decided. Such a treat to... More

We have been regulars here for a few years now and always enjoy the variety of unique cheeses, domestic and foreign. Limited but good wine selection as well as breads, salumi, crackers, pasta, etc. The ability to sample is a plus as some cheeses are not easily found in commercial grocers. They prepare beach sandwiches as well. Try the collection... More

Visiting Chatham for the day and thought we would stop in, was shocked that none of the cheeses are made there and it looked as though the wine wasn't either. Wasn't anything different that I couldn't go to a supermarket and buy cheese and crackers. Pass on this if your looking for cheese made right there in the facility.

I had read reviews, and was expecting poor service. However, my love for cheese and wine didn't stop me. In fact, we were greeted promptly! Exceptional service from a beautiful lady who gave us samples in accordance with our tastes. She escorted us to the wine to find a great oaked Chardonnay to pair with both of our cheeses! I... More

Our first visit here after we found this on TA. We wanted to get some snacks for our room at Chatham Bars Inn. We were able to get a cheese we love called Humbolt Fog and we also picked up some Red Dragon which we have had before and love and we tried a new cheese a local blue cheese... More

First time visitor yesterday. Bought some crackers and a piece of taleggio cheese. Have been eating taleggio for forty years. Took it out today for dinner and, unfortunately, it was passed its prime. Ownership has to be responsible for tasting their cheeses to be sure they are at the appropriate stage to sell and eat. Perhaps they don't sell the... More

We were renting a house right by the Cheese Co. and stopped by to pick up some goodies for the evening. We weren't really sure what to buy that would make everyone happy so we asked for A LOT of help and received it. The woman who helped us was very knowledgable and pointed us in the right direction to... More
