Charming little bookshop with lots of greeting cards, stationery, and cute knick-knacks.

One member of our group uses a wheelchair. There is an accessible ramp to get into the bookshop. The shop is 3 levels, and so we were only able to access the main level. There was plenty to see and look at, but he aisles were fairly narrow and difficult to navigate.

Accessibility is the reason for our 4/5 rating -- we otherwise enjoyed our visit to this bookshop and you likely will too!

I live in Sandwich and try to shop locally whenever I can. However, twice now I ordered books at Titcombs and received nothing but excuses for the books not arriving. I would, for example be told the book would be in Tues, on Tues I was told weather interfered, and it would be in Fri, on Fri I was told it had to be ordered from the publisher and would be in early the following week. Fri evening I ordered thru Amazon. Book will arrive Tues and will cost, even with shipping, far less. As I mentioned, second time for this. Terrible service and a very half-hearted apology. Also, a limited selection-it is a small store, and difficult for an older person to see book titles on lower shelves. Not an enjoyable place to shop.

Helpful staff, great selection of new and used books and fun section of toys and books for children. The bargain basement is also a great place to browse. They are celebrating 50 yrs!

I highly recommend this local family-owned bookstore; in fact, they are celebrating their 50th year~summer 2017! The shop is charming and browsing is a delight. They carry all the latest best sellers @ 20% off the cover price, and stock an assortment of popular and classic titles. The shop also offers a large selection of old books for collectors. There is a wonderful children's selection as well, and hand-picked educational and quality toys and gifts for all ages. The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Their reviews can be found in their monthly newsletter, which you can sign up to receive via email. They will order any title you might want if it is not in stock. The turn around time is usually less than 1 week and there is no fee or shipping charge. It is a fun destination anytime of year & well worth the visit.

What a delightful bookshop! Great sale table outside and plenty of books and gifts to choose from inside. Big selection of new and used books, including vintage magazines. A very pretty shop as well. We'll be back!

Awesome bookstore. Prices were good and the staff very friendly. Second floor has one of a kind used books and magazines. Their collection of Life Magazine is terrific and well priced. They make great gifts to remember birthdays. Definitely glad we stopped in.

Loved seeing all the books and they have a great selection! My son is a mover though and I was concerned to let him go as he would bump into shelves. Wish there was a little more room, but given the age of the building, I understand.

For someone who loves books this is your place. There’s so much to look at and fine. It’s one of my favorite place’s to stop at when on the Cape.

This little shop is a town gem! Something for everyone no matter their age. They often host local authors such as nancy Thayer ( one of my favorites) as well as children's programs. They have a basement loaded with summer fun just waiting to be discovered! Enjoy and exsplore three floors of wonderful!
