A nice place to visit for some local history

Easy to get to and has a small seating area, and a small swimming area. Great place to visit on your way home from the cape

Built in 1680, this is the oldest windmill in Cape Cod, although it wasn't moved here from Plymouth until it had been used for over a century, in 1793 - a mere 220 years ago! It is easy to access from Rte 6 and worth stopping to visit or just get photographs if you arrive when it is closed.

People rarely get a chance to get this close to a real windmill. Nice little park surrounds it. Right off the main highway.

Had a volunteer inside of windmill who seemed quite knowledgeable of history of windmill as well as along the New England coast. On Wednesdays and Thursday they also have a craft show on grounds with many local vendors.

Easy to find and easy to park in order to grab a quick souvenir photo of your Cape visit. It's worth a stop!

Stop by Windmill green in Eastham during an event such as Hands on the Arts to get a chance to go inside and hear about the history. Something a little different from a lighthouse tour.

Our tour guide told us the history of this windmill and then we took some group photos in front of it.

There are a few windmills in the area. We stopped about 5 minutes before and the windmill had no arms on it so we stopped at this one which is right off rt6. Very convenient and great to take a couple pics and be back on your way.

Cool seeing this old school windmill off the highway. It's located in a nice small park. In the summer they have various events here. Definitely stop and check it out and grab a cool photo.
