There are a few ships in port so you can see all of them. There is a charge but you can walk on the outside of the ships and see how big they are.

We never miss the chance to see a great piece of American history and not many things in this world are as cool as an old battleship. Battleship cove is pretty cool with not just a battleship, but small ships, boats and aircraft. We highly...More

Not to be missed by anyone interested in naval history, or WW2. USS Massachusetts is the only battleship north of Philly. Also, a very cool submarine, as well as other vessels.

There are several vessels here that can be toured from battleships to a submarine. It is very interesting, but a lot of walking and stair climbing. There is also a snack bar on the Massachusetts.

Being able to wander around the Massachusetts on your own, viewing this historic ship, is something I will never forget. The sub was interesting as were the other ships onsite, but the big one is where you want to spend most of your time. We...More

We visited here with about 200 veterans and families. The condition of the battleship Massachusetts is terrible. Weeds growing out of the deck planks, holes rusted through gun mounts... vertical surfaces facing away from pier have surface rust... Abject lack of maintenance and attention. We...More

I've not heard of any discounts at all but if cost is an issue I would contact them and see if they will give a discounted entry for a veteran and his family. I would be shocked if they said no!
