Old Silver is very popular and in season it is crowded. There is some parking in 2 different places for a $20 fee, but come early because both fill up quickly. Early morning is a great time to get there. Watching the sun, the sail...More

Please plan on arriving early or for night owls later in the day when the crowds are gone. I love either time. The early morning is gorgeous and having coffee and a little breakfast on the beach is my idea of the perfect way to...More

Falmouth was not my final destination. I was passing through headed to Martha Vineyard but the area was much more than I expected. Quiet, quaint And pleasant.

Very nice beach. Nice sand, no rocks, warm water, not usually wavy. Does get really crowed; get there early.

Pack some snacks and beverages to enjoy on the beach. Even after sunset, stay awhile to enjoy the serenity following a beautiful sunset. Easy parking for sunset and great beach to walk on.

Such a pretty beach - one side for residents and the other for locals. Very soft, pure white sand and clear warm blue water. Crescent shaped shore line lends for some great photographic opportunities. A must see while in the area.
