Estuary is a hidden gem. Fascinating wetlands ~ great place for kids to play in the shallow creek marsh that flows gently into the bay. On the other side is a small sandy beach for sunbathers, with slightly deeper water ~ but this is not...More

You will need to purchase a beach parking sticker to park at the public beaches but this beach is relatively uncrowded. It can be full of stones so wear sandals.

Quiet rocky beach. Just walked along and admired the view. Nice shells and found a horseshoe crab shell sitting on beach.

This was a short drive from our location. parking was close to beach. We were there middle of June and parking lot was pretty empty. I'm not sure what summer parking would be like.

We went June 16, 2016. It was preseason and empty. I don't recall any signs saying it was restricted.
