Lots of cool art galleries to explore with emphasis on ocean theme. Some beautiful artwork by local artists- also home to restoration efforts for some historically significant wooden fishing boats.

Pretty views of homes across a working harbor. Nice shops and art galleries and a perfect walk around a neighborhood of lovely homes. Several quality restaurants as well.

This area of Gloucester is eclectic. It offers something for all visitors. There are lovely shoppes and boutiques filled with unique items. We purchased several items of art and often the artist is on site. Well worth your time

Old and musty. Not much to do here at all. The Studio restaurant is very good. Not worth the trip to see.

This is the place to go if you want to avoid all the touristy, made-in-China items that you typically find in local gift and clothing stores. Buy direct from the artist. I found some lovely jewelry, art prints and cute t-shirts, at great prices, too....More

Stopped in the morning, before anything was open. Just walked through the area with our cup of coffee in hand. The weather was perfect, and the scenery was great. We would like to go back when we could actually see the galleries, but we enjoyed...More
