We bought tickets but once we saw the small boat and how crowded it was we decided against the trip. Only inside seat available with restricted views and not even able to sit together. When we bough the tickets at the booth were given a...More

The captain didn't have the nicest personality but the young man with red hair was also working on the boat, he did the narrating during the boat ride and he was very pleasant and easy to talk to. They are very prompt. Pay cash when...More

Parking is easy. Very nice way to spend an afternoon. Narration excellent. I learned a lot. Dress for cooler temps and some wind of course, it is the water.

My friend and I did the lighthouse tour with Miles and Fisher. From the moment we boarded the boat, we felt safe and well looked after. The narration began immediately and Fisher was able to point out things in an informative and educational way that...More

The cruise was relaxing and somewhat informative considering I grew up in Gloucester. I would rank it as enjoyable being on the water after nearly two weeks of bad weather. The two major problems are: Just about all the scenery could not easily be seen...More

Dear Shelia, You are the perfect example of "you cannot please everyone". First of all, there isn't another tour on Cape Ann like ours. We can only accommodate 34 passengers per trip. The Coast Guard, as a few years ago, changed the weight requirement and...More

We love going on the water shuttle! You can spend as little as an hour, or all day if you like! You can even get on and off to get a bite to eat if you want to! It is an excellent alternative to the...More

Just got off the boat! Steve and Virginia are so welcoming. This is a great tour for a great price. Steve narrates and you learn so many interesting facts about the area, lighthouses, drawbridges. Definitely recommend if you are in the area. Thank you!
