Nothing special here, just a run of the mill farm stand. It was October, so lots and lots of pumpkins, including one HUGE one that they were running a contest to guess the weight of it. But entries were a suggested donation of 50 cents.

Flowers, fruit, vegetables, café, sandwiches, ice cream, and good people. Over the course of a Berkshires weekend, we made about three stops at Taft, one to purchase a plant for a birthday present, another for great salad ingredients.

All sorts of wonderful fruits and vegetables and baked goods, and authentic: it has been there since before I was born in 1943. But make sure you check out the molasses sugar cookies.
