Kalmus beach is not a particularly beautiful beach, but it's long and pleasant with thousands if not millions of seashells of many kinds, broken or whole. I was there in mid-June on a very cloudy Friday just before the schools were out for the summer,...More

Depending on the season there is some seaweed and other stuff on the beach, shells of course, it is not an empty white sand beach in that sense. But great location and good parking opportunity (free even). Loved it.

Nice beach. If you are from the west coast, you must lower your expectations. There are tons of sea shells on the beach, so bring shoes. $20 for parking is a bit ridiculous

Easy to find and good parking. It wasn’t busy when we were there but l am sure it’s busy in summer. We beachcombers, finding some nice shells and a good beach for taking a walk

This beach is small but has nice sand! Go in the off season and you will find so many shells at low tide! We love visiting Hyannis, so much to do in a small town. There is a parking lot here but I'm sure it...More

Checked out this spot while visiting Hyannis in Winter. Lovely sand, nice view. It’s small but pretty. Love to go back in summer. Nice to see a snack bar and restrooms. Lots of shells to collect.

I went to this beach in the fall, and it is absolutely breathtaking. I don't know if it is open to the public in the summer months, but it is fantastic to walk on nonetheless.

Spent our 30th Anniversary on this beach during a warm spell in October. What a treat! Got some sea shells. Very relaxing, watched the ships going to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

It was $15 last year not sure it went up but worth it. I like the Lewis Bay side (as you drive in stay to the left). Has a concession stand and restrooms so if you have children it's the best beach. The Bay side avoids the... More
