If you have 15-20 minutes to kill and you really want to see how a potato chip is made it’s fine. However I can think of better things to do on vacation. Self guided free tour was informative but you get virtually no free samples...More

We are big fans of Cape Cod Chips so we decided to check the factory out one afternoon. It is a self guided tour (reading & looking through windows at workers & machines). The person at the desk as you enter was very helpful &...More

While the factory tour was short and self guided, it was fun to see the process of making our favorite chips. The staff was kind - even waving to us from the plant floor. Nice gift shop where we were able to purchase limited edition...More

It’s quite nice to visit source of ones food (ok, not talking grazing cows but still, nice to see where my favourite crisps comes from). Self-guided tour is walking along corridor for 5 min, snooping inside windows into factory and reading occasional sign. Wish there...More

It might only be a short visit, just walking along a corridor that goes alongside the machinery but it's intriguing to see the operation of the various machines. If you look carefully through the factory you can see the process from potatoes to the packet....More

Easy to locate in Hyannis if you are using a GPS and they have lots of free parking. Photos are not permitted of the factory. You can't see a lot of what is happening but It's interesting to see the taster person (Quality Control Inspector)...More

The tour is exactly as everyone has said...walking down the hall, peeking in the windows and reading the process up on the wall. It was neat to see though and I'm glad we had the opportunity to be able to see the process and that...More

It’s honestly such a short tour. Not sure why they don’t allow strollers other than the hallway is a bit narrow. People like to stop & I suppose strollers would block the hallway. I would recommend calling them. They are... More
