They have a M-Th special for $50 roundrip, which is at least 20 less than the other options. Fast boat takes exactly 1 hour dock to dock. Excellent efficiency, nicer staff than Hy-Line. recommend

The fast ferry is the only way to go to Nantucket, unless you need to take your car. It was only an hour each way, the vessel has a snack bar on board, multiple restrooms, and nice comfortable seating.

The one hour ride to Nantucket was relaxing and the onboard snack shop was well stocked with many healthy options and not just junk food. good coffee. Nice staff and reasonable mid week rates.

Yes you can, and if you go to Steamship authority website and they can get you rates and prices. Unless you need a car for any length of time you might be better off to rent a vehicle on island as the rates are lower now... More

Our hi-speed ferry did not take cars. You will find it very pricey to take a car on either island. I suggest one of the tour buses or a taxi to get around the island.
