Small museum with discounts for seniors ($5.). This was a steal for all the informative exhibits. We were there about 1-2 hours and especially enjoyed the boat building, the antique boats and the classroom where local middle-schoolers use real life math skills to build a...More

We had a really great visit to this museum on earlier this month, it's a fascinating place, well staffed and run and really demonstrates it commitment to the community by the running of a programme of education for teenagers. I’d also like to extend a...More

Themed around the life of a master wooden boat builder. Restorations and recreations are done here and classes are held to maintain the artisanship required to build and maintain classic wooden boats. Small but interesting, easy to access.
