We joined a guided wildflower search tour with Linda on Saturday morning and loved everything about the tour! Linda was such a knowledgeable expert, and she was also very sweet and kind and answered all our naive questions about the wilderness. Other people on the...More

I got terribly lost trying to find this place and was shaking mad when I arrived. Just a few minutes walking and it all fell away. Bluebirds sighted seconds from the visitors center, several ponds to walk around, a mountain path if you wish, boardwalks...More

Great hike to the top of the mountain - even on a cold morning with some snow underfoot. Very easy to follow the trail. Lots of interesting information and beavers!! Unfortunately, they didn't come out while we were there.

We hiked on the trail to the fire tower that was less steep (the overlook, I think). It was beautiful, and it took 2 hours to go up, 11/2 hours going down. The trail was well marked, with blue markers going up, and yellow markers...More

This place is close to Lenox so made for a good morning's outing. We hiked the steep trail to the summit and should have kept to the less challenging trail to the summit. Nevertheless, we made the summit in about 1.5 hours with several breaks...More
