We saw "Shakespeare's Valentine's Surprise"- a funny show that taught us more about how Shakespeare has influenced pop culture. We hope to return to see more shows !

We saw what was basically a one-woman show about Ann Richards, a big- hearted, hard-driving ex-alcoholic divorcee who was the governor of Texas and high profile star in the Democratic Party. When she called President Bill Clinton, she got a return call right away. The...More

The summer performance season is outstanding but nothing beats Shakespeare & Company’s Fall Festival of Shakespeare from September to November each year for the past 29 years. This place has more teaching talent in its little finger than most school districts have in their whole...More

Went to see the show, Creditors. The actors did a superb job and you were drawn into the characters lives.

The strength of the Macbeth cast was mixed. Most unfortunately the actor playing Macbeth was the weakest. The actor playing Banquo was excellent and the others fell somewhere in between. Strongly suggest reading a review of the play you want to see before you buy...More

Every Shakespeare play I've seen at S&Co has made me feel completely connected to the humanity of the play. Shakespeare & Company doesn't "play" Shakespeare, they live Shakespeare and that's what makes it so accessible for the audience. You can relate to the action onstage...More

Left our entire party breathless. What a wonderful performance! Bravo! I could have watched you all evening. Thank you. We were a party of six: 2 from Vermont, 2 from Buffalo, 2 from Kansas City.

I need to add my support for this Theater. The quality of the actors is excellent. The plays not only include The Bard, but other really interesting productions. There is not a bad seat in the house, so go there and enjoy yourselves.

The actors were marvelous! I always question the re-writing of the Bard! You can't really improve on Shakespeare's talent Unfortunately, that brings with it many of its own atrocities, bigotries and discriminations of that time. But, to rewrite history and eliminate them in "a modern-day perspective,"...More

We have had a wonderful time visiting this performance space for many years. We've been to several of their productions. It is a great company of actors and administrators. Everything they do is exceptional. We enjoyed their production of Macbeth last Friday afternoon. The acting...More
