Had a wonderful talk on butterflies and damselflies and other pollinators under the outdoor pavilion at Broadmoor wildlife sanctuary. The talk was followed by a slow stroll through the meadows to see what we learned thriving in real life!

We had a wonderful time at Broadmoor. We hiked several different trails (they all intersect), for a total time of about 2 hours. We saw many different birds including cardinals, blue jays, and a bird of prey. Turtles were also quite abundant. The waterfalls and...More

We come here quite a bit and the walk is easy enough for my elderly parents who have some trouble walking. They bring their walking sticks and its no problem. The kids love the sun bathing turtles. We have come in winter too and its...More

Broadmoor has something for everyone and it's big enough that visitors can really stretch their legs. We have visited several times and would like to go even more often.
