Nice wide path through the town, but in the cover of trees and greenery. We saw tons of birds and there are lots of fun stops- including a brewery and ice cream!

I walk this trail frequently with my dogs and/or my grandchild. It is wide, clean, and busy on a sunny day. There are walkers, bikers, skaters, and skate boarders of all ages. You will enjoy it!

Happened to walk the Clipper City Rail Trail a couple of times and always find that it is extremely enjoyable. I park on Low Street near the skating rink and have an enjoyable walk.

What a great trail to Bike, run, walk or stroll. Clean and well maintained. Great for families with things to do along the way. Let your final destination Metzy's Cantina. There is even an ice cream place on the trail.

Enjoyed walking here several times along the river. Well maintained. Pet friendly. Also able to cross the river to the Salisbury rail trail.

This 1.1 mile trail, like Newburyport itself, is largely relaxing yet surprising, practical yet artsy. While a great deal more tree cover would be welcome in the rather spartan first section out of the MBTA station, fanciful local art sculptures abound, evoking a nautical and...More
