The hill route is great but you need to be in shape the view is worth the trip to the lake and a great view of the mill clock in Lawrence which is only in size out done by Big Ben. .

Great place to hike with your dog. Bags provided at trail heads for picking up the "accidents". Be aware that letting your dog go for a swim could result in a fine of $50
