Is a nice well maintained trail for walking, or riding bikes. Is very safe, both day and night. People on this train are friendly and respect, and wave as they go by.

Yes - that would be Maple Farms. On the bike path as it crosses North Maple St. (Behind Hampshire Mall). They've expanded in recent years too.

You can jump on it pretty much anywhere. You can see that path on google maps.
