The ocean park in oak bluffs has a wide green lawn overlooking the ocean on one side and beautiful Victorian gingerbread house on the other. It's in the center of oak Bluffs.

Ocean Park was my introduction to Oak Bluffs and it's breathtaking. The Park itself is large enough for kite flyers, sports games, frisbee players, bike riders, bench sitters, etc., and is bordered on one side by the ocean and the other by incredibly beautiful historic...More

Some of the ferries bring you to Ocean Park, and it's a great introduction to the island. Beautiful homes behind a large, lovely park with a gazebo in the middle, bordered by the beach.

This is a great park next to the Ocean in Oak Bluffs. You can take the city bus from Vineyard Haven right to it. You are also close to the ferry & local shopping/restaurants. Nice place for a picnic or flying a kite. Recommended.

I believe you will need to obtain a permit from Oak Bluffs park and Recreation department. I am unsure of any fees!
