Crowded, cheap stores, nothing special. Certainly not worth the trip or time. Nothing that you couldn’t find at an airport gift shop.

Short street with T-shirt shops,souvenirs, and a few restaurants. The honky tonk of the Island. Bumper to bumper traffic, cross the street carefully.

...while on the Vineyard. There are great shops for souvenirs, groceries, and wine. You will also find restaurants, ice cream shops, and bakeries. Great place to people watch and a safe place for teens to be in the evening.

Very nice area to walk around and shop. Make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to take a ride on the oldest working carousel in the United States. Food was great shopping was good. Only reason for not a 5 Star is parking was awful....More

We took Circuit Avenue off of the main street and this brought us to many shops and different type specialty shops to visit - many of them were having sales, so make sure you stop in to at least one.

I did Oak Bluffs in a day trip. We had time to shop, eat and chill on the beach.

If you don't bring your car over on the ferry the safe way to to get around is to take the public bus. Public transportation is very safe. Taxi are very expensive. Nancy,s is good to eat
