Stopped by recently on the way to Provincetown. Helen Addison greeted us at the door, and essentially gave us a private tour of the gallery, in between other work at her desk. The gallery has a number of small rooms and hallways, with quite a few artists represented. The selection was surprisingly varied and made for an interesting viewing experience.... More

Addison represents some of the best local artists. The gallery is cozy, but manages to highlight each artist. Check the newspaper for their summer evening events. If you want good art that is collectible, this is one of the best.

I first started going to Addison Art Gallery about ten years ago and I've been a collector ever since. Helen Addison has a keen eye for artists and their work. It's an eclectic mix and it is always fun to visit to see what's new.
