Great beach for spending the afternoon enjoying the ocean views. The beach is very big, you can walk down further to find a quite spot. When I was there I saw many seals very close to the water. The water is chilly, I didn't swim, but nice to walk barefoot through.

Great place to walk and walk without seeing too many people (off-season, at least) and no garbage. Natural erosion has changed the beach over the years, but it is a delightful place to take in the ocean view on Cape Cod. Historic Nauset Lighthouse worth a visit.

The awesome seven mile beach has some of the best waves, convenient parking, clean restrooms and a world class clam shack. Bring your boogie board and sunglasses.

My kids and I have vacationed in Orleans for many years. Nauset is their favorite beach hands down. We love all of the Cape, but this one always has their hearts and souls! Great body surfing, surfing and relaxing. It CAN get SUPER busy, and one year there were a lot of green heads (one year out of 10+) BUT... More

Severe damage has occurred during the first weeks of February due to the storms. Visit the beach before it is completely changed!

Really lovely beach, as well as are the beaches within driving distance from this one, that offers lighthouses and are perfect for taking serene pictures. Also, they are not overly crowded beaches. I myself prefer a more relaxed setting, not infiltrated with a bunch of children, (no disrespect to ppl w kids!), and much more low key. Can't wait to... More

This is a great beach but parking is not that convenient. I preferred to go to Skacket Beach as it was quieter and the parking was much more convenient for us. Some days and times you are required to pay for parking so research this before going.

Parking here is much bigger than all near by beaches. It even has a beach house, restaurant on location during high season. But everything was closed in January...... we enjoyed a short walk and its beautiful white sand.

I have loved this beach since I was a kid. I especially love it off-season. Great for seal-watching.
