Despite the incredible surf, the undertow, the seals and possibility of sharks we spent a lot of time at the beach. Just running around at the waters edge and walking up and down the beach, it was so beautiful. Having grown up at the ocean...More

Loved this beach. Free access after Labor Day during the week. Bathrooms in parking lot. Access path to beach. Very clean. Seals swimming by very close to shore. Great beach for long walks. Not crowded at all.

I love the Cape, but you are on your own with regard to sharks. After Labor Day, no lifeguards or medical staff are present on the main beach, so you cab't get in the water with any sense of safety, Look for shark sightings on...More

Great beach with very big waves and a serious undertow. It is fun to watch the seals swimming by - literally about 10 feet from the shore. They are unfortunately attracting great white sharks which have been spotted by the dozen in this area. Not...More

Great beach. Clean, large, Was high tide when we arrived with known recent shark sightings. Still went as my children wanted to see the beach here. Only went in water to knees. There were sharks this day so we left.

This beach has high surf, cold water and shark sightings, but it is magnificent. You have to pay to park -$20 the day I was there. It is nature’s glory at its best!

Fun town beach. Cold, cold water, but if you enjoy the beach as much as I do, you live for this. Small waves the first of my 2 visits. Rocky entering and exiting, so wear your rubber duckies if you need to! Good facilities, but...More

Went by to see the beach and the wonderful sand and surf. Enjoyed a snack of clams and fries at the snack shack. Love this beach and try to get here at the end of every summer.

We had went during the week, and did not have to pay to park. What I did notice is that on the weekend someone was at the gate and parking was $20.00. Be careful of beaches in the cape cod area, as towns have their own... More

I don't know the temp but I find all the Cape Cod waters pretty cold. The Ocean side (East) tends to be colder than the bay side. The beaches are fabulous for sitting, watching the waves and the seals but I don't tend to... More
