We've been several times for apple picking, Christmas trees, farm store, reading corner, cider donuts, arts and crafts, feeding the animals... all of it! The kids love it and I love that it's local. The cut your own tree experience isn't 100% because the trees have grown too big and are planted too close together so the sides are dead.... More

Imagine a farm run by a municipality that sells fresh apples, fresh apple cider, peaches and other seasonal items. This is a unique place, with all that and more. Animals, pick your own, picnicking, etc. It is a city treasure, old fashioned from another time.

This is not only an orchard, farm, and perfect place to pick apples- but also now a wedding venue! Its located close to the North Shore Mall and once you arrive down the side roads you wouldn't realize you were near a city or 114- feels more like NH. Wonderful homemade pies, produce, and friendly staff. Apple picking season gets... More

The farm has the best apple pies I've tasted. Bake them and the crust is always cooked through. Cherry pie is good too.

This city owned farm has always been a nice spot. They have animals for children to pet and see. In season you can pick your own fruit. There is a lovely shop where you can buy apples, fruits and vegetables and fresh and frozen baked goods. We always buy our thanksgiving pies here. The cider and hot cider donuts are... More

A wonderful place to go with kids and friends. Great apple cider donuts couldn't eat enough of them. Also very good vegetables not expensive at all! Very family friendly. Have some farm animals as well

This is my first fall in New England, so of course apple picking was on my list. If you are just looking for an easy adventure to pick apples with the family, this is a great location. There are a wide variety of apples to be picked; an adorable farm store with local produce, jams, sweets, and ciders; and a... More

I love Brooksby Farm. The huge orchards are great for apple-picking, and the produce is seasonal and fresh. On weekends, there are lines of customers waiting for freshly made cider doughnuts. My favorite is the apple pie, which is often fresh from the oven if you get there early enough in the day. There are great activities for kids, and... More
