Plymouth is the most quaint, shop-filled, bed and breakfast type New England town you can find. The history is amazing. Sad, however, that most people in Massachusetts I met had very little respect for America, our history, basic manners, or religion thanks to the influence...More

The famous rock is pretty cool to see and is housed in a scenic setting along the water. It was quiet when I was there, and it was a nice place to both sit and meditate and to take a walk and enjoy the views.

It’s not that spectacular, but it is easy reach if you visit Plymouth anyway. I think it is self-evident to go there and show respect. It is part of American history. The park itself is a nice place to relax.

What else can you say, the park is by the sea and has a few benches to sit on, the over the top memorial with its colonnades is just daft, as the artefact being protected is a Rock!!, even this rock is split in two...More

This is the main attraction in Plymouth. The rock is not as large as it's reputation. However, it is worthwhile to see. Walk the entire area and look out into the bay to get a good grasp of how the first Pilgrims might have felt.

There is no reason to visit Plymouth if you do not visit this place. It isn't anything big and fancy but it is history.

To know the story behind "The Rock" and history of the landing and how important this was to the formation of our nation it is awesome. The bay is beautiful, but the sad part is how commercialized the area has become. There are some historical...More

I finally got to see "the rock". How cool! Even get a glimpse of its aging. There is a crack on it that has been patched. Just to think that pilgrims stepped on that rock to come to America hundreds of years ago is a...More

Really pretty park right on the water with plenty of shade. Several of the main “pilgrim” attractions are here, as well as the fast ferry to P-town. Don’t miss Plymouth Rock!

Super crowded- we were unaware of the festival date this year! We enjoyed the park and the ranger was very helpful. Got to see the rock!!!! :-)

Right beside Plymouth rock. This was a green space the kids could walk, run, play. July 2018 this was barricaded and not accessible.

Good view, easy access to the harbor, nicely maintained -- why not take a few minutes to stroll here if you are in Plymouth anyway?
