Take a drive to the top of the mountain for gorgeous views all the way to Boston on a nice clear day. Catch a glimpse of a large windmill in the distance and look for fish in the pond. There a decent size parking lot...More

We walked up the Mountain House Trail which was a nice 45 - 60 min walk (with 3 kids aged 5 and 6). Nice view from on the summit. Unfortunately, it was very crowded on the top as you can drive up and park you...More

We hiked the Harrington Farm trail after the rehearsal at Harrington Farm. It was about 1.5 hours each way. The views were amazing. I’m glad we hiked instead of drive. The foliage was beautiful. The trail was a moderate workout.

We drove up to the top of the mountain to take in the scenery. There was a nice view of a lake on the way up. At the top they had a big goldfish (koi) pond. The day we were there there was a birding...More

Enjoyable stroll close to parking and non-strenuous with a nice view of the surronding area. Was there on a migratory counting day, very educational. An enjoyable walk at no cost, how can you beat it?

We've hiked up this mountain a few times in the past and did it again this summer. The hikes are great-they make you sweat but you can be up and down in under two hours. Much of the hiking can be done in the shade....More

Lots of hiking options here. There's a quick, challenging hike straight up the mountain or a more gentle meandering one. Even the long hikes aren't super long but bring some water just in case. The view from the top is nice. I can also be...More

Great short hike with beautiful views of NH and the city of Boston. We took Balance Rock trail to Indian to hit the summit. Trail is well groomed and allows dogs.
