go to the 3rd floor

when you visit go to the 3rd floor for the views. the library is not well sought out, and that's to bad. the views are great from the 3rd floor tower.

What a surprise - to go into a beautiful historic building that houses the library - because I love libraries - and find a 2+ story sailboat. It was amazing to walk around the Rose Dorothy and appreciate its craftsmanship. Beautiful!!

We were walking on McMillan Pier and got a tip from the sailboat brochure lady to visit the library. We would not have known to otherwise, but it's not to be missed!! On the 2nd floor, besides having a beautiful view of the harbor, is a full size schooner!! What a nice way to spend a little time in Provincetown!!... More

While shopping on the main drag I thought this was a church. A store clerk, bless her soul, pointed out it was a Library with a quarter size model of a sailing ship inside. The ship was on the second floor and you can get a better view from the third floor. The model of the ship is very well... More

Popped in whilst waiting for our whale watching cruise - gorgeous library with superb views across Provincetown and the large scale model of the schooner on the 2nd floor! Beautiful building - great to see a library being so well used.

This is a quaint library in a historic building. The staff is very helpful. Several computers to use with a printer if you need to print something. Lots of light and places to sit and enjoy the view or just read a book or work on you lap top. The highlight for me was the Rose Dorothea Schooner that was... More

Incredibly nice staff. Very helpful. Needed to use their computers and they were most helpful. The sailing ship on the second and third floors is worth the trip Provincetown. Don't miss it!

Beautiful location. Has everything you need for some great beach reads. They also sell used books. If you go up to the second floor, you'll be surprised to see a huge model ship! Plus, they have a restroom, which is good to know.
