We went to see Adam Pascal last night at the Art House. The night got off to a rocky start as one of the ushers (Caucasian female with short hair) was rude to the patrons waiting in line. Her tone was unacceptable. We entered finally,...More

I wanted to give 5 stars because the show was fun, the costumes and wigs were really amazing, and she is very talented, but for $30 ticket 40 minutes is just insufficient.

The Art House is a nice venue for a small show, but stay away from the show '5 to 9' with Varla Jean. It was not funny and bordered on highly inappropriate. Despite political views, one shouldn't joke about presidential assassination.

Nasty bartenders, apathetic staff. They make show patrons queue up at end of bar, while rest of bar sits empty. This place needs a lesson in customer service..nuff said.

The Art House in Provincetown gets a amazing line-up of talent during the summer tourist season. I highly recommend the Varla Jean Merman show - "Bad Heroine". Bawdy, off-color, and very clever. The line-up also includes New York's best cabaret and Broadway talent.

Their summer season provides a broad range of musical and comedic entertainment with a large dose of camp. The theatres are by no means luxurious but they are well-staffed and the quick turnover of shows goes like clockwork.

I have to admit, 5 years ago when I first saw the ad for these 4 hunky-looking guys with their (string) instruments, I said 'let's go.' Little did I know what was awaiting us during that first show. The group manages to blend classical and...More

Everyone gets a good seat. The theatre is nothing special but the performances are packed full of broadway talent. Many times you are able to take a picture with one or more of the performers. I attended "Brown is the New Pink" and Jinnx Monsoon....More

With the exception of the miserable box office person (I'm sure it was just a bad night), we had a great time at the Art House. We saw Steve Grand, and Brown is the New Pink. Small, intimate space. Friendly ushers. Excellent to grab a...More
