Super fun quirky adventure

There's a shop, restaurant, bar for everyone! The area takes you back in time with the beautiful old charm and the beach town feel. The entire area has the best views ever!

If I closed my eyes and opened them in downtown Center Provincetown I could be in Any Tourist Town USA. Typical shops, restaurants, souvenir shops, jewelry stores and lots of people walking from shop to shop. Parking is difficult, but free off season. I love Cape Cod but not the traditional, predictable town.

This alley and its contents are probably well-known to locals, but the only sign for non-locals appears to be at just below knee-level, painted on the side of Provincetown Jewelry, which is located beside Shop Therapy. Just dart into the alley, look left, and be prepared to enter Bob Gasoi's "world". It is hard not to be amazed at the... More

Almost every single shop was closed and it resembled a goast town. I had a list of resaurants to try and they were all closed too. Parking was free though. Ha!

Very nice street, great character and always buzzing with life. Highly recommend to travel to Provincetown and down this main street.

Enjoyed The Mews for a nice dinner. Enjoyed the Lobster Pot for a simple lunch. All restaurants in the area seem to be priced slightly higher than average.

I have to admit that I'm a big fan of nice places. Commercial Street qualifies big time. Its eclectic combination of eateries, clothing stores, and souvenir shops--along with the occasional palm reader--is mesmerizing and momentous without being fussy. There's this great laidback quality in the air as you amble up and down Provincetown's main vein. You have to get out... More

Great shopping for local products. Many art studios and restaurants with diverse menus. Friendly people from town who are very helpful with directions. A pleasure to visit any time of the year.

We enjoyed the pet friendly environment and the local shops even though the weather did not cooperate
