Your question was directed to me, a reviewer. But the boat has all the tackle you need; just bring what you'd like to eat or drink, some sunscreen and if you are prone to seasickness, some Dramamine or Bonine. Captain Russ and his mate will do everything for you once you are on the boat.
The stripers have been out at Stellwagen Banks and the blues haven't been biting much but early to mid August is always a lull period for fishing the CC Bay. The charters all talk to each other, so if one boat finds schools of fish they will get on the radio and share the info.
Also, we tipped the mate $20pp, $100 in total. Good luck, Pete Flanagan
