We rented bikes and had a nice time. You had to street it to the trail from the shop, but otherwise it was a very nice ride along the trail but I would not want to do it in high winds of iffy weather,

This is good for hiking or biking. We hiked with our dogs. There are 2 trails. One of them was flooded from snow/rain that was melting about halfway in. The other is longer and was fully accessible. Stay to one side when biking season starts.
