Worth seeing for the picture along with steepled church right down road. This is part of a drive through Sandwhich, not a destination attraction. The sandwhich glass museum is right across road. Glad I got to see.

Quaint New England at its best! Lovely, clean, historic town full of small shops and restaurants along the way. Very easy to get around! So glad we chose this town to stay in for the week!

It's a building with a lot of history and apparently the second oldest Town Hall still in use today. It's right next to the Grist Mill and the Shawme Pond so take a pleasant walk around and enjoy.

Sandwich has always retained in my memory an elusive nature filled over the years with a kind of yearning and mystery all rolled into one. My Great Grandmothers family is from the area and it was here in Kent that she met my Great Grandfather....More

Sandwich is the oldest town on Cape Cod with the first settlers arriving in 1637. This 1834 Town Hall in the Greek Revival style is worth seeing. It is open to the public during the week. It may be the oldest, continually operating town hall...More
