We were welcomed by the staff even though they were in the midst of a meeting, and they took the time to give us some interesting information about Thornton Burgess. Cute gift shop too.

No tour guide. You are on your own to look around. I would rather have someone explain what I am seeing. Large selection of Thornton Burgess' books to buy. No fee, but they ask for donations

We knew nothing about Thornton Burgess when we visited the Museum and really learned very little about him there. Underwhelmed but did enjoy learning about the jam kitchen.

This was a very small museum, just a couple of rooms, but lots to read about the author. Had a little gift store. Staff was friendly. A beautiful view!!

This museum was housed in a small Saltbox House. We had our 4 year old twins so decided it would be a fun place to take them. There is no admission cost, but the suggested 'donation' is only $2 per person. There is a small...More
