This state run facility is well organized and efficiently run. The onsite employees were glad to share stories about how they protect the fish from marauding storks. Although it was cold, it was interesting. Plenty of parking and free, I imagine that it would make...More

Interesting stop in Sandwich, MA. Spend 10-20 mins. looking at fish from fingerlings to mature-sized trouts. Bring quarters to get feeds.

We stopped here on our way onto the Cape, after a long car ride. It was a great spot for the kids (especially the toddler) to run around and blow off some steam. They loved getting close to the fish and feeding them. For a...More

Took the grandkids to see the fish. Being little fisherman they really enjoyed seeing the different sizes. They have machines to buy food so it was fun for them to feed them.

Didn't know what to expect but it was a nice little walk around the inground pools of all types of trout. Fun to feed and read about. Free and quick. Kids loved getting the fish food out of the machine, bring quarters and understand no...More

This was a pretty cool place. Saw a lot of different types of fish. They provided good information on the signs by the fish. Even saw a flock of turkeys. Very educational.

Nothing fancy here, just a bunch of pond full of fish growing. Not enough signage, but helpful staff help.

There are a decent number of parking spaces in the lot, but just for a single row of cars. I think you would probably have to park unconventionally using several single spaces. So it would depend on how busy it is the day... More
