I freqently visit this beautiful spot. Gorgeous ocean and harbor views. I often take guests there. During HERITAGE DAYS in August check out the - Luminaire near the lighthouse - the coast line is lit by candles for miles. Beautiful place to take wedding pictures....More

Hubby & I visit this lighthouse many times through the years. Its a peaceful place right on the ocean. Easy parking even on busy summer days. You can go right up to the lighthouse and walk out on the jetties. Yet on Scituate Heritage Day...More

Such a beautiful place to take in the view. Some history behind the light house as well. If you like light houses this is a wonderful one to see.

We had a super fun time exploring the rocky jetty that is attached to this lighthouse. We got great family pictures and had a fun adventure!

Great place to visit for NAUTICAL type people especially US Navy! 3 Historical events occurred here! Google Army of Two “1812?”and Don’t give up the ship. More recently “1956 rescue of Freighter crew.

While seeing the Lighthouse is the main attraction, the hidden gem is the little beach below it where you can sit as the tide rolls slowly in and see the beautiful harbor and watch the beautiful fishing boats and sail boats head in and out...More

I lived in Scituate and took any opportunity to walk/run/bike or drive to the Lighthouse; it's a beautiful spot in any season and any time of day.
