My husband and I recently went here for lunch (or I should say breakfast for lunch). Pancakes, waffles, sausage, bacon and their own awesome real maple syrup. Sandwiches if you like; but you could have those anywhere.

We've been going here for 17 years at least once a year if now twice. It's a family tradition to go in March for my birthday. Fall is better due to nicer scenery. It's a 2 hour drive for us, but it's a day trip,...More

For some reason this cute place WILL NOT TAKE reservations. We live 2 hrs away--when we got there Sunday, there was a full hr and a half WAIT--in a cold unheated (except for a little wood stove), barn--wood benches, a dirty running-over-toilet bathroom-BOTH of them!!...More

I have been coming to breakfast every maple sugaring season! If you are visiting the pioneer valley and traveling up the Mohawk trail, start with breakfast here!

I really can't understand what is all about. There is nothing special with this place or pancakes, except it's overpriced. $12 for just pancakes is too much in my opinion. Maple syrup is just syrup. You can try but I don't see any point to...More

This is a wonderful Sugar House with over 50 years of sugar-making experience. Walk right inside the sugar house and watch them stoke the evaporator with over 3 cords of wood per day, and see the syrup come right out of the machine. Stand within...More

The wait is long but worth it. The breakfast 🍳 is very good. You should go there for the experience.

Several people recommended Gould's to satisfy my maple syrup addiction. So I traveled from North Adams in October, about a 40 min drive and discovered they were making it fresh in the back barn. The smell was intoxicating. The owner let me sample the light...More

I love maple syrup and pancakes. SO I LOVED eating here! Sitting at wood tables (made from maple trees?), and sap bucket lights overhead enhance the old timey feel of this family run business. The pancakes are light and fluffy and the maple syrup simply...More

I happened to drive by Gould's on Wednesday, the 14th, and saw that they had an OPEN sign in the parking lot! I can't be more specific than that .... I would expect that during the foliage season, it would be open daily at... More
