The Rockwell Museum has always been on my wife's bucket list so we took a mini vacation to Stockbridge. A wonderful experience and a chance to see the original paintings up close. Unfortunately, we couldn't visit the studio as it was off season. Worth the trip!

We took a guided tour here. The woman who spoke was very knowledgeable and helpful. The artwork is wonderful and well worth the time. The museum is small enough to enjoy in a couple of hours.

There were 5 of us and we all loved the museum. Norman Rockwell spoke to a nation for over 50 years, and the museum beautifully captured both his understanding of simple American life, and the brilliance of his artistic talent, in expressing it. We will definitely go back.

My husband and I visited with our 3 children, 14, 11 and 6. The 6 yr old was kind of bored, but there were some activities to focus on downstairs. We got there at 11am just as the tour was starting which was excellent luck. The tour was excellent, the docent was very knowledgable, passionate and engaging. She told detailed... More

Expansive collection of Norman Rockwell's fine illustrative art plus exciting special exhibitions, such as the recent show of work by Harvey Dunn. Don't skip the guided tour.

The museum is easy to visit. Plenty of parking. Seating in all galleries. Docents to give gallery talks.

One of my favorite artists - this place is awesome! Lots of info - lots of paintings that I had never seen before and the walk around premises is fantastic!

What a great way to spend a few hours. We enjoyed the tour, very informative. There was a short film about Normal Rockwell to watch before entering the gallery. Many interesting works of art!

I've been to The Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, MA four times. Each visit I get to spend a little more time exploring the Museum and the artwork. Each time I see something different and learn something different about Norman Rockwell, his work and his life. The original pieces of art are certainly a highlight as well as his workshop... More
