The Berkshire Botanical Garden is a lovely spot to spend about 2 hours. The assortment of flowers, plants and vegetables are very nicely set up and very well maintained. Some of the sculptures really don't add much to the garden but serve as conversation pieces.

Flowers, shrubs, trees and gravel pathways interspersed with modern sculpture. A delightful way to while away a couple of sunny hours.while also learning about some of the less-ordinary horticulture of the area.

My husband and I visited the Berkshire Botanical Gardens in Stockbridge, Massachusetts on Thursday, May 24, 2018. We arrived about 12:00 PM and spent a little over an hour there. The brochure entitled ‘Guide to the Gardens’, which we received upon admission, provided good information...More

Although we enjoyed walking through the gardens on a beautiful spring day, there weren't many flowers in bloom. I'm sure we would have enjoyed it more had the ornamental lilies and rose bushes been in bloom. It also seemed a bit pricey.

Had never been here before, small but very scenic. Loved the ancient building which now has displays and a beautiful kitchen.

This was a brief stop during October after the garden had been "put to sleep" for the season. The layout and beds provided evidence this would be a worthwhile stop during the active growing season. If we are in the area at that time we...More

I attended a class on Stalking Wild Mushrooms and had a first visit at these gardens. Lovely surroundings with something for all ages.

Overall, this garden is well organized. Being an avid gardener, I appreciated that they went out of their way to label most key plants and trees. We had a handout that showed what was in bloom in October but since we walked the entire area,...More
