Great place to hike or just take a walk. Great for the whole family. It's beautful in the fall and spring.

Unfortunately, still in renovation for the campground, but the trails are still beautiful. Highlight of the hike was the up close owl sightings!

Hard to beat the quiet tranquility of this State Park. It's being renovated but it's still a good place to walk the dog, stroll or bike without traffic.

Great place to unwind and enjoy a long walk in the woods. Trails are well marked. Parking always available.

Wish they would open camping sites as I used to take my kids there every summer for at least 2 weeks. Even before my children I camped there as a teen. Such a wonderful place for it. You would never believe you were in Taunton....More

Great place to hike, fish and canoe. Or just a place to go and wander the woods to geocache. Have great memories of camping here and hanging out in the late 80's and early 90's with friends that would camp here for the entire summer....More

There's no longer camping there, but it's still a great place to take a walk, bike or hang out for the day.

After the lighting strike took out the electrical system a few years ago the park has returned itself to nature. The State basically walked away and let it fall apart.

There may be areas at the park where the water is deeper but the area that we have gone is roped off and only extends about 50 or 60 yards from the shore.
