The staff was so helpful. They helped me find my grandfather;s citizen papers. They shared the history at the time he came over from Italy and the rules at that time. There was no charge. I was amazed how accurate their process is.

It is a place to visit if time permits while you are in the area. Specially if you are visitor to the area there are lot to learn. Kids enjoyed too

While not at Boston, but located on Trapello road in Waltham, Ma, The National Archives is a treasure trove for those doing Genealogical & Historical research. You will find many documents including Ship arrival manafests, Military records from all of our wars, Post Office Records,...More
