I've been (dragged) to the Big E for years over a number of decades. Honestly, I could only be forced to go and fight the masses, trip on the trash, slip on the grease, and fight off the endless sales pitches from the "carneys" once...More

The best part about the Big E is the variety of things it offers: food/beverages, history, rides/games, entertainment, and agricultural events. The worst part is it gets crowded, hot, and humid especially in the state buildings. If you're going to go, attend during the week...More

It was nice going through the State Buildings and seeing what each state had to offer. Many food vendors to chose from. Need at least a full day to see shows.

There is Parking for the BIG E on site or there is parking outside of it all along the street. Parking is 10.00 for all day. I prefer outside easier to get out when you want to leave.
