Since we were staying in Yarmouth, we decided to visit Sea Gull Beach to watch the sunset. It is located on Nantucket Sound. The beach looked like a nice place to relax and enjoy the views. While waiting in the parking lot for the sun to set, there were many sea gulls flying around, some in search of food droppings... More

Loved it as a teen and still do 30+ years later. Life guard stands may not always be manned. Restrooms are fairly clean. If you don't have a sticker but are in the parking lot before 8 am it's free. Beach is clean and great for a walk.

Love Seagull Beach all year long! Nice for a stroll or the polar plunge...no bathrooms or snack bar but also no fee to park!

One of my favorite beaches in Yarmouth. However, as big as it is, it does fill up in the summer. Snack shack and restrooms on site but no changing facilities. Their is also an outdoor shower to rinse sand off. Great for kids, sand sculpting, shelling and walking.

We go here every year, usually towards the end of our trip. It's kind of like our time to say "see you next year cape cod." :-) This beach really is beautiful and we usually go just to sight see and walk. The kids love it so much. Beautiful place to visit!!

Sea Gull Beach in West Yarmouth is a beautiful, clean family beach. There are excellent facilities as well as a fully staffed lifeguard team. The sand is great for building sandcastles as well as enjoying a relaxing day watching the sea. Parking is excellent and the walk onto the beach is very short! Bring your chairs, blankets and umbrellas and... More
